Value proposition of the shop Cendol
The value proposition is an innovation, service or feature intended to make a company or product attractive to customers. It is the reason why customers turn to one company over another. Meanwhile , something to keep in our mind is the value propositions can change as we gather more data from customer interviews. Then , from the result of the interview we will most likely end up changing our value propositions several times before we arrive at our final list .
For the Cendol shop they started with the value propositions of Cendol , lime juice with ‘buah asam ‘ , coconut drink , ‘ vadai ‘ and they open around evening which is right time to sell the food and drink where people go and back from work or during spare time and quick service and also the food is crunch and spicy while the drink is very delicious where customer prefer more during teatime . After performing their customer interviews we were able to verify that their assumptions of the customers would like hot , crunch and spicy ‘ vadai ‘ , and delicious and sweet Cendol which open hours is according to customers preference and quick service.
In addition , we hypothesised that their value propositions consisted of a food truck experience is savoury , hot , and spicy ‘ vadai ‘ and quick quality of the food to have on the go for teatime and lunch . Moreover , they come up with new ingredients where customer prefer more ,for example orange juice with ‘buah asam ‘ . The taste of juice is very different and it’s their own menu . However , they sell the different juice on different to attract more customer and also followed with the whether .
