First of all, the second product that we have chosen is a Cendol Truck/stall opposite Raja Mariamman Devasthanam Temple at Johor Bahru. Thoroughly, we managed to get a few details and information about this Cendol Stall. As we questioned the owner of the stall, the lady said she is doing the business for 20 years throughout her life. But, for these 5 years she is doing her business at Johor Bahru after she moved from her hometown. She also said that her business is always a success no matter in any situation and the reason is for sure her tastiness of her “kuih-muih” and her husband’s Cendol. They are doing this business not only for their income, but also for their happiness in satisfying their customer needs.
