Value proposition of the shop Epok Epok Curry Puff

The value proposition is an innovation, service or feature intended to make a company or product attractive to customers. It is the reason why customers turn to one company over another. Meanwhile ,  something to keep in our mind is the value propositions can change, as we gather more data from customer interviews. Then , from the result of the interview we will most likely end up changing our value propositions several times before we  arrive at our  final list . 


For the Epok Epok Curry Puff  shop they started with the value propositions of hot curry puff , durian ball , sesame ball , banana spring roll , open from 10am to 10pm which is right time to sell the food where people go and back from work or during spare time and quick service and also the food is crunch and spicy where customer prefer more . After performing their customer interviews we were able to verify that their assumptions of the customers would like hot , crunch and spicy curry puff  , banana spring roll , open hours  and quick service. 


In addition we hypothesised that their value propositions consisted of a food truck experience is  savoury , hot , and spicy curry puff and quick quality of the food to have on the go for breakfast and lunch or even dinner . Moreover , they come up with new ingredients and also promoted it through the social media to get a feedback , such as jumbo curry puff with egg  . However ,  they will go to the place where held any occasion or  exhibition around the Johor  area and they will sold their crunch , hot and spicy curry puff  at the same time they earn some profit too .
