Today let me introduce some very nice and delicious food - curry puff
This curry puff is come from EPOK-EPOK curry puff.

 BACKGROUND of the food trucks (EPOK- EPOK Curry Puff)
Epok-Epok Curry Puff is a food truck company
It establishes its food trucks in the middle of year 2017

At first, its started the food trucks business without fixed business locations where their fans have to trace and follow them in Facebook
They will post their current locations in Facebook and let all the Johorean can buy their food
But started in October 2017, they started to have more than 3 food trucks to operate in different locations like Crystal Crown Hotel Johor, Jakel bandar Baru Uda, KSL City and Tun Aminah Pasar
But every 2 weeks they will change some of their location
The latest location of this food truck is at Holiday Plaza Johor Bahru

 Everyday they will prepare freshly made curry puff to their customer
It already started its service about 6 months and its has about 1500 of followers in Facebook
I believe they can sustain their business as longer as they can... This is because their curry puff is delicious.

Recommedation for second foodtruck

1. We would like to recommend this stall owner to provide table and chairs beside their stall so that the customers can enjoy their ‘kuih-muih’ and have their Cendol in a bowl. 2. We would also like to recommend them to change their packaging to a better one as some customers will take away the food and drinks and bring that for a long distance. This is to ensure that the food will be still good enough to eat after a few hours as well as their drink packaging so that it won’t pour anywhere. 3. Find customers on social media. Because street vendors can respond quickly to demand  Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are good ways to interact with customers and decide where to go each day to have their good meals for the  lunch and teatime . Moroever , they can promote their own menu which is different than others and also get feedback thorough it and they can do some innovative in their  menu of the food truck Cendol . 4.
