The value proposition is an innovation, service or feature intended to make a company or product attractive to customers. It is the reason why customers turn to one company over another. Meanwhile ,  something to keep in our mind is the value propositions can change, as we gather more data from customer interviews. Then , from the result of the interview we will most likely end up changing our value propositions several times before we  arrive at our  final list .  For the Epok Epok Curry Puff  shop they started with the value propositions of hot curry puff , durian ball , sesame ball , banana spring roll , open from 10am to 10pm which is right time to sell the food where people go and back from work or during spare time and quick service and also the food is crunch and spicy where customer prefer more . Historical background of the product sold.

First of all, the second product that we have chosen is a Cendol Truck/stall opposite Raja Mariamman Devasthanam Temple at Johor Bahru. Thoroughly, we managed to get a few details and information about this Cendol Stall. As we questioned the owner of the stall, the lady said she is doing the business for 20 years throughout her life. But, for these 5 years she is doing her business at Johor Bahru after she moved from her hometown. She also said that her business is always a success no matter in any situation and the reason is for sure her tastiness of her “kuih-muih” and her husband’s Cendol. They are doing this business not only for their income, but also for their happiness in satisfying their customer needs.
