The value proposition is an innovation, service or feature intended to make a company or product attractive to customers. It is the reason why customers turn to one company over another. Meanwhile , something to keep in our mind is the value propositions can change as we gather more data from customer interviews. Then , from the result of the interview we will most likely end up changing our value propositions several times before we arrive at our final list . For the Cendol shop they started with the value propositions of Cendol , lime juice with ‘buah asam ‘ , coconut drink , ‘ vadai ‘ and they open around evening which is right time to sell the food and drink where people go and back from work or during spare time and quick service and also the food is crunch and spicy while the drink is very delicious where customer prefer more during teatime . First of all, the second product that we have chosen is a Cendol Truck/stall opposite Raja Mariamman Devasthanam Temple at Johor Bahru. Thoroughly, we managed to get a few details and information about this Cendol Stall. As we questioned the owner of the stall, the lady said she is doing the business for 20 years throughout her life. But, for these 5 years she is doing her business at Johor Bahru after she moved from her hometown. 1. We would like to recommend this stall owner to provide table and chairs beside their stall so that the customers can enjoy their ‘kuih-muih’ and have their Cendol in a bowl. 2. This is to ensure that the food will be still good enough to eat after a few hours as well as their drink packaging so that it won’t pour anywhere. 3. Find customers on social media. Because street vendors can respond quickly to demand Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are good ways to interact with customers and decide where to go each day to have their good meals for the lunch and teatime . Moroever , they can promote their own menu which is different than others and also get feedback thorough it and they can do some innovative in their menu of the food truck Cendol . 4. Consider catering for private events and fe...
