The value proposition is an innovation, service or feature intended to make a company or product attractive to customers. It is the reason why customers turn to one company over another. Meanwhile , something to keep in our mind is the value propositions can change as we gather more data from customer interviews. Then , from the result of the interview we will most likely end up changing our value propositions several times before we arrive at our final list .
